Just added: backports of libtorrent, libtorrent-dev (0.12.5-2) and rtorrent (0.8.5-2). Available for amd64 and i386, in lenny-backports.

Note: if you upgrade rtorrent from 0.7.x, and you use a session directory, you have to fix your session files for rtorrent 0.8.5 to be able to use them. Something changed in the way rtorrent stores information in the session files, and using your old session files with the newer rtorrent will cause errors. A script to fix the files can be found here. The script named fixSession080-d.py is what you want. First stop rtorrent, then run the script on your session files and finally restart rtorrent. It worked flawlessly in my case.
